Job Summary
Cybrain Software Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive / Specialist with proven experience in the education sector—preferably in selling school management software, edtech products, or academic services.
The role involves identifying prospects, building client relationships, and driving product adoption among schools and institutions across South India.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential schools/institutions for software and product promotions.
Present and position school software solutions based on institutional requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school owners, and senior administrators.
Conduct virtual or in-person product demos and support in deal closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Share regular market insights and feedback with the company.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in edtech sales, school product promotion, or education service marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields (preferred).
