Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

 Ability to discuss & understand customer's requirements and offer solutions in line with our trusted 3D approach of discover, design & deploy.

 Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.

 Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

 Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Senior Management team.

 Stay updated with the latest advancements in the networking or cybersecurity industry and continuously enhance product knowledge.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.

 Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Sales, or Marketing.

 Proven track record of 3-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years of domain experience in selling Networking and/or Cybersecurity products and solutions.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively.

 Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute business development and go-to-market strategies.

 Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of achieving annual revenue and business growth targets.

 Experience in establishing, developing, and expanding the company's brand presence within the partner and channel ecosystem.

 Hands-on experience in conducting customer presentations, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, proposal preparation, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

 Self-driven, result-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
