Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory)

Experience: 2-4 Years


Job Summary

Paridhi Engineers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and support the sales team in achieving business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through various channels.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of proposals and project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned business development targets.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.


Qualification

  • B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil only) – Mandatory


Experience

  • 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Client Coordination, Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Solar, EPC, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.

  • Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
