Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamshedpur. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and expanding the customer base for Prabha Dairy’s products. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product solutions, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies, monitor market trends, and support promotional activities. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present offerings effectively, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in sales, FMCG, or dairy/food products is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a dynamic market environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
