Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to start a career in business development. This role is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales, client interaction, and the architecture industry.


Key Responsibilities

·      Research markets, client needs, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities

·      Generate and qualify leads through email marketing, outbound calls, and other pre-sales activities

·      Understand client requirements and assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch documents

·      Coordinate with the Business Development and Design teams during pre-sales and bidding stages

·      Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records

·      Schedule client meetings and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth communication


Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·      Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·      Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
