About ProAnalyst


ProAnalyst is a data analytics & BI consulting firm — we deliver dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics teams for clients across the US, Australia, and India, with a growing AI service line. We're scaling our outbound sales motion, and this is a ground-floor role to grow with it.


Role Overview  


You'll own lead generation and outbound outreach - finding the right prospects, getting in front of them, and booking qualified conversations for the sales team to close. We'll train you on the process and tools; you bring the energy, consistency, and willingness to learn. This is a pipeline role, not a content or design role.


What You'll Do


  • Lead collection & list building — Research and build targeted prospect lists matched to our ideal customer profile (companies hiring for data/BI/analytics work, contract/staffing buyers, consulting decision-makers).
  • Outbound outreach — Send personalized, multi-step outreach to decision-makers across LinkedIn and email, including hiring-signal and job-post based prospecting.
  • Contract / C2C prospecting — Identify and reach out to corp-to-corp prospects and partners for contract and staff-augmentation opportunities.
  • Run outreach sequences — Operate and maintain multi-touch outreach workflows; keep prospect data clean and organized.
  • CRM upkeep — Log every touch, track stages, and share simple weekly updates.
  • Lead qualification & scheduling — Qualify leads, book discovery calls, and hand off to the sales team.
  • Learn & iterate — Test messaging and segments; double down on what gets replies.


Interview Rounds


Round 1: Equip Assessment

Assessment of aptitude, logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.


Round 2: Lead Generation Assessment

Evaluation of prospect research, lead generation, outreach strategy, and business development skills.


Round 3: Founder's Round

Assessment of ownership mindset, cultural fit, communication, and overall role suitability.


What We're Looking For


  • 0–2 years of experience — freshers welcome. Any exposure to sales, lead generation, customer-facing, or research work is a plus.
  • Strong written English and a knack for clear, friendly messaging.
  • Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new sales/automation tools quickly.
  • Organized, consistent, and self-motivated — you follow through daily without being chased.
  • Comfortable with US/AU time-zone overlap for outreach.

Nice to Have

  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Curiosity about data/analytics, BI, or IT services.
  • Any hands-on exposure to LinkedIn outreach, CRMs, or outreach tools.
