Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, WFH position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in target industries. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present service offerings, develop proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals. Daily responsibilities include managing relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with internal recruitment and HR teams, and tracking business performance against targets. The role also requires ongoing market research, networking, and participation in industry events to strengthen the company’s presence and expand its client base.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow the client portfolio.
  • Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to maintain and expand key client relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience or interest in recruitment, HR services, or consulting, preferably within IT, non-IT, or renewable sectors.
  • Ability to work toward sales targets, analyze performance data, and adapt strategies based on market feedback.
  • Comfort with client-facing work, negotiation, and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
