Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The Business Development Executive intern will support the growth of Sptix by identifying new business opportunities, researching potential partners, and helping to build a robust pipeline of employers and institutional clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and assisting in presenting Sptix’s value proposition. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to support onboarding of new clients, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to basic account management activities. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, gather market feedback, and help improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest and foundational skills in New Business Development and Business growth activities.
  • Ability to perform Lead Generation through research, outreach, and networking, both online and offline.
  • Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
  • Basic understanding or exposure to Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and tracking account activity.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a proactive and learning-focused mindset.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online professional networking platforms is an advantage.
