The Role
This is not a traditional sales role. You'll be the bridge between ThinkeSpace's value and the right clients who need it. You'll identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and convert prospects into long-term partners, all while working independently on a performance-driven model.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify potential clients across corporates, SMEs, and institutions
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Pitch ThinkeSpace's consulting and training offerings with confidence and clarity
- Manage follow-ups, handle objections, and close deals
- Collaborate with the founder to align on proposals, pricing, and delivery expectations
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in BD, sales, or client-facing roles (B2B preferred)
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to successfully acquire and nurture opportunities.
- Strong skills in Account Management and understanding client requirements to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in Business growth strategies and decision-making with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain productive client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, market research, and data analysis is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based: 15–20% per successful closure
- No ceiling on earnings, your effort directly drives your income
