💼 Position: Business Development Executive– Upwork Bidder


Are you someone who knows how to identify quality opportunities, write winning proposals, and convert prospects into long-term clients?


If you have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and are passionate about IT sales, we'd love to have you on our team.


✅ Experience Required


  • Minimum 1+ year of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (Mandatory).
  • Demonstrated success in winning IT projects through Upwork.
  • Candidates without relevant Upwork bidding experience will not be considered.


🎯 Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Prepare customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with international clients to understand their business needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate estimates and solution proposals.
  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.


✅ Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 1+ year of proven Upwork bidding experience (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Development, Lead Generation, and IT Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development services, including:
  • Web Development
  • Mobile Applications
  • SaaS Products
  • Cloud Solutions
  • AI/ML Solutions
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
