Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bharuch for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, effectively communicating the value of our security solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position demands a proactive approach to achieving business goals while collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Business acumen and Account Management experience to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey solutions and value propositions.
  • Ability to work independently and take a goal-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of security products and systems is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
