You'll work directly with individuals and corporate clients, helping businesses scale through project funding and financial solutions. Core sales. No prior experience needed. We'll train you from scratch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building B2B relationships through corporate networking and field meetings

• Growing your own client pipeline and hitting sales targets
• Representing XLrate in face-to-face client interactions across Jammu

Who We're Looking For

• B.Com graduate or equivalent commerce background
• Confident communicator, comfortable meeting people and pitching ideas
• Driven, self-motivated, and excited by a target-based, high-reward role
• Willing to be out in the field full-time, not stuck behind a desk
