Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head / Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire key clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall business performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Review sales reports, business metrics, and overall team performance.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
- Team handling and sales leadership experience.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Strategic planning and revenue growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Market analysis and business expansion capabilities.
- Good commercial and business acumen.
- 8–15+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Background in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Chemicals, Packaging, or related B2B industries will be preferred.
- MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
