We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head / Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall business performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Review sales reports, business metrics, and overall team performance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Profile

  • 8–15+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Background in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Chemicals, Packaging, or related B2B industries will be preferred.
  • MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
