We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.

Key Requirements:

MBA (Marketing/Business Management preferred)
2–4 years of experience in the footwear industry
Experience in school sales is mandatory
Strong business development, client relationship, and sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools and institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve sales targets and ensure market development.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
