Role Description The Business Development Manager (Architecture studio) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for an architecture studio, including researching potential clients, tracking leads, and building a sustainable pipeline of projects. The Business Development Manager will meet with prospective clients, present the studio’s portfolio and capabilities, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to convert opportunities into long-term relationships. They will collaborate closely with the studio’s leadership and design teams to understand service offerings, refine positioning, and align business development activities with strategic goals. The role also includes monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, attending industry events, and preparing regular reports on business development performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and client relationship skills, with experience generating and converting leads in architecture, real estate, design, or related industries.
  • Ability to prepare and present compelling pitches, proposals, and capability decks tailored to client needs.
  • Comfort with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new sectors or geographies for studio expansion.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the studio professionally in client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience working closely with creative or design teams, with an understanding of architecture or design services preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic reporting and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear revenue and growth targets.
