About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, generating business opportunities, and closing deals. Whether you already have real estate experience or are eager to learn, we value professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to grow.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through calls, referrals, brokers, networking, and marketing activities.
- Identify opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate property visits and presentations.
- Develop strong relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Assist in negotiations and support transactions through completion.
- Keep track of market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting using Excel and CRM tools.
- Work towards monthly business and revenue goals.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn about construction, layouts, pricing, and real estate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Real estate sales experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
