Role Description The Business Development Manager role at BPB is a full-time, on-site position based in Areekode, Malapuram. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the agency’s portfolio across sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with strategy and creative teams to align solutions with client needs, track performance of accounts, and support revenue growth. The role also involves market research, participation in industry events, and maintaining an up-to-date pipeline using CRM and reporting tools.
