About the role:

You'll be driving business for exhibition stall design, fabrication, and event solutions - working with clients who're exhibiting at trade shows, expos, and exhibitions across India and internationally. This isn't a generic sales role; it's for someone who understands how exhibition cycles work, how clients plan months in advance, and how to sell a concept before it's even built.

What we need:

📌 4-5 years of experience in Business Development (same industry - non-negotiable)

📌 MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferable)

📌 Hands-on experience handling both international and domestic business

📌 Someone who can build and pitch creative packages, not just follow a template

What you'll actually be doing:

1. Identifying and converting leads for upcoming exhibitions (domestic + international)

2. Building client relationships with exhibitors, understanding their brand and booth requirements

3. Working closely with design and production teams to translate client briefs into winning proposals

4. Structuring commercial packages — from budget stalls to premium custom builds

5. Managing the full sales cycle: pitch → negotiation → close → coordination with operations
