Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the advertising, branding, digital marketing, or media industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for advertising and digital marketing services.

• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.

• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present customized advertising solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver successful campaigns.

• Track sales activities, maintain the CRM, and provide regular sales reports.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agency.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent relationship management and networking skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).

• Existing network of corporate clients is preferred.

• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising solutions.
