Job Description
Role Description The Business Development Manager – Car Rental is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with corporate and individual clients, and driving revenue growth for the chauffeur-driven car rental segment. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports. The role also involves developing strategic partnerships, participating in industry events, and contributing to marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in the car rental, transportation, hospitality, or related service industry, with understanding of chauffeur-driven services and corporate travel needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Solid analytical and planning abilities, including market research, pipeline management, and reporting on sales performance and trends.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, with the ability to maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation, professional etiquette, and willingness to work on-site in Noida with occasional travel as required.
