The Opportunity

We’re looking for top sales talent in the Cincinnati, Ohio market to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is focused on winning new clients, expanding existing relationships and clients, and partnering closely with a strong recruiting team to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts through strategic business development
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executive decision makers
  • Lead client conversations to understand hiring challenges and workforce needs
  • Partner closely with recruiters to deliver high quality talent solutions
  • Actively network and leverage referrals to expand your presence in the market
  • Participate in sales training, team meetings, and company all hands
  • Occasionally travel to Cincinnati office for trainings, collaboration
  • Live out Vernovis’ fundamentals and social covenant in everything you do
Work Environment
  • Full time
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Based in Mason, Ohio in a beautiful office setting

  • Experience in business development, sales, staffing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills
  • Competitive, collaborative, and results driven mindset
