Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Fund Mobilization, based in Malappuram. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing fundraising opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with donors, and creating strategic partnerships to secure funds. Responsibilities also include devising fundraising strategies, preparing proposals or presentations, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve funding goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in business development, fundraising strategies, and fund mobilization
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with proposal writing, presentation preparation, and strategic planning
• Ability to analyze market trends and funding opportunities to drive growth initiatives
• Proficiency in project management and team collaboration
• Proven ability to meet and exceed fundraising targets
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with the non-profit or luxury lifestyle sectors is a plus
• Self-driven and proactive in identifying new opportunities
