Business Development Manager (Founding, 0→1) — Globio

Globio helps Indians build their future in Germany — through German language training, the Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte), and Ausbildung pathways. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own a true 0→1 founding role and build the function from scratch.

This isn't a narrow BD seat — you'll wear several hats:

What you'll do

• Own business development end-to-end, from first conversation to enrolment
• Counsel prospective students on their Germany journey (language, Chancenkarte, Ausbildung) and guide them to the right path
• Drive social media and community engagement with our audience
• Build the playbooks, processes, and systems for the role — genuine 0→1
• Work directly with the founders to test, learn, and scale

• Entrepreneurial, thrive in ambiguity, excited to build from zero
• Warm, persuasive communicator who genuinely likes helping people
• Keen on the edtech / study-abroad / immigration space
• Self-driven and organized, hungry to grow with an early-stage startup
• Bonus: counselling, sales, community, or social media experience
