Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new hotel management, lease, and franchise opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, and hospitality consultants.
• Conduct market research and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development within the hospitality industry.
• Prior experience with a hotel management company, hotel chain, hospitality consulting firm, or real estate developer is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hotel management agreements, market analysis, and the hospitality business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
