Mendygo is building the AI Operating System for manufacturing. We help factories become smarter by combining Vision AI, Industrial IoT, and Generative AI into a single platform that connects machines, people, and production data. Our platform enables manufacturers to monitor operations in real time, reduce downtime, improve quality, and automate decision-making using existing cameras, PLCs, sensors, and enterprise systems. We're looking for a Lead IoT Engineer to own our Industrial IoT and Edge Computing platform, building reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity between shop-floor equipment and the cloud.
Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will support lead generation, market research, and outreach to potential clients in logistics, manufacturing, and related sectors. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospects, scheduling and participating in discovery calls, preparing sales materials and presentations, and assisting in proposals and pitch decks tailored to AI and supply chain solutions. The intern will collaborate with the product and technical teams to understand offerings, collect client requirements, and contribute to solution positioning. Additional tasks may include maintaining CRM records, tracking pipeline activities, supporting marketing campaigns, and preparing periodic reports on business development performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, client communication, and relationship management.
- Market research and analytical skills to study industries, competitors, and customer needs, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.
- Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, logistics, or supply chain domains, with willingness to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRMs (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and sales tracking platforms).
- High level of initiative, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort collaborating in a hybrid work model.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in business development, sales, consulting, or startup environments is an advantage.
