Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Jalandhar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. Additional responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies for clients.

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
