Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding OMK Solutions’ presence in key markets. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare and deliver presentations, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential clients, understanding their digital and branding needs, proposing customized solutions, drafting proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and account growth. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting on key metrics, participating in strategy discussions, and representing the company at events or client meetings. This is a full-time position requiring a proactive, results-oriented approach and strong collaboration with marketing, creative, and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills, including data mining, lead scratching, lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Client relationship management capabilities, with experience in account management, stakeholder communication, and solution-based selling.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce solutions, preferably including social media management, paid advertising, and platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills, with the ability to explain technical or creative solutions in clear business terms.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a digital environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a digital agency is highly preferred.
- Comfort with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, and online collaboration platforms).
