Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to join Paudhaawala. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting overall company growth. The candidate must be proactive, multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

👉 Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.

👉Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

👉Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally.

👉Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and sales activities.

👉Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

👉Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.

👉Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

👉Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

👉Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.

👉Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications

👉Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

👉Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling.

👉Strong communication and negotiation skills.

👉Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.

👉Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
