Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Qdesq in Chennai. The role involves engaging with corporates to promote and secure workspace bookings, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of workspace industry trends and market dynamics
• Experience in B2B sales or corporate account management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Understanding of real estate and property management is a plus
