Profile Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and passionate Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and creative solutions. They should be skilled at identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their business objectives, and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized marketing solutions for clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Work closely with leadership to contribute to business growth strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media Agency.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Branding services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management will be an added advantage.
