Position SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new leads, building relationships with consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), builders, founders, business owners, facility managers, and decision-makers across various industries.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting company solutions, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Visit consultants, architects, PMCs, corporate offices, builders, and business owners to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming projects and gather market intelligence related to IT infrastructure, data centers, surveillance, networking, and electrical projects.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for technical and commercial discussions.
- Present company products, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare client visit reports and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for proposal preparation and solution presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders to maximize conversion rates.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking meets, and conferences for business development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards lead generation.
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Surveillance, Networking, Electrical, or ELV solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Networking, ELV, Electrical, Security Systems, or Technology Solutions industries will be preferred.
- Number of client visits conducted.
