Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients, conducting product demonstrations online, following up on leads, and preparing proposals in coordination with the sales and technical teams. The role involves maintaining regular communication with prospects and customers, addressing inquiries, and providing a high level of customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, track performance metrics, and work toward individual and team sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in IT services sales is an advantage.
  • Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing pipelines.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and retain customers.
  • Candidates should possess basic CRM and MS Office skills, with the ability to manage data and prepare reports.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
