Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Handle client onboarding and requirement discussions
* Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and solutions
* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
* Follow up on leads and maintain client communication effectively

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
* 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales
* Strong understanding of software services and technology solutions
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Experience in lead generation, client handling, and sales closures
* Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and proposal creation is an added advantage
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
