🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager | Delhi
At Seed Media, we don't just run campaigns. We create conversations that people actually want to be a part of.
From blockbuster movie launches and OTT releases to consumer brands and startups, we help brands win attention through meme marketing, influencer marketing, and internet-first campaigns.
Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us take Seed Media to even more brands across India.
What you'll do
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry connections.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right marketing solutions.
• Pitch our services, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
• Work closely with our strategy and client servicing teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Build a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets.
What we're looking for
• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, media company, or advertising agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-driven individual who enjoys building relationships and closing business.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
