Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving student recruitment for overseas education programs, building institutional partnerships, and expanding SIEC’s presence in Nepal. The role requires strong knowledge of study destinations and proven experience in the education consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment: Counsel students on overseas education opportunities and guide them through the application process.
• Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and outreach initiatives in Nepal.
• Country Expertise: Provide in-depth guidance on study destinations such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, or Canada.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment and revenue targets.
• Brand Promotion: Represent SIEC at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events in Nepal.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in the study abroad/education consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of at least one major study destination: UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, or Canada.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
