Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mangalagiri. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with clients and healthcare providers, and maintaining thorough market knowledge. This role includes developing effective strategies for business growth, negotiating contracts, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals. The position requires a results-driven approach, with a focus on building long-term partnerships that align with Svastha Care's mission.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Management
- Strong understanding of Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
- Ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations to diverse audiences
- Strong Organizational and Analytical skills to track performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the healthcare industry or similar fields is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
