Calling all Business Development & Client Acquisitions Managers!


What this role actually is: You find the right people. You start the right conversations. You book the right meetings. That's it.


No pressure to close. No conversion targets hanging over your head. Your job is to bring qualified, genuinely interested decision-makers to the table — the team takes it from there.


What you'll own:

  1. Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline for Vaya Media's services
  2. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across real estate, B2B, and agri brands
  3. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists from scratch
  4. Maintain and deepen existing business relationships
  5. Think in systems, not just hustle


What we're looking for:

  1. 5+ years in business development or partnerships
  2. Pune-based - this is a hybrid role, non-negotiable
  3. Strong communication - written, verbal, all of it
  4. Hands-on experience with outreach tools.
  5. Proven ability to build targeted lists and run structured outreach sequences
  6. Can read a room, handle a no gracefully, and still move forward
  7. Comfortable with CRMs and structured follow-up systems
  8. Prior experience in a marketing, creative, or agency setup is a big bonus


💰 Salary as per industry standards, based on experience.
