We are looking for an ambitious individual who wants to grow with the company, contribute to product strategy, and play a key role in expanding Zenith Tek across new markets.

This is not a traditional sales job. You will become the voice of the customer within our company by identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, closing new business, and helping shape the future of our products.

Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Identify and approach potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified leads.
  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and successfully close business deals.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Market & Competitor Research
  • Study market trends and customer behavior.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and business gaps.
  • Recommend new industries and regions for expansion.
Customer Research
  • Conduct customer interviews.
  • Understand operational challenges.
  • Gather feature requests and product improvement suggestions.
  • Document customer pain points and buying behavior.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction after implementation.
Product Strategy
  • Work closely with the development team.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Recommend feature priorities based on market demand.
  • Participate in product planning discussions.
Business Growth
  • Recommend pricing strategies.
  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Support expansion into new markets.
  • Contribute ideas that improve customer acquisition and retention.

Compensation Model

This is not a traditional fixed-payroll position.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Zenith Tek and share in the company's success.

Your earnings will be performance-based, with attractive incentives and profit-sharing opportunities.

You will receive:
  • A percentage of the revenue from every successfully closed deal.
