Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting sales growth for SEASOUL COSMETICS. Day-to-day activities include conducting inside sales calls, generating leads through multiple channels, presenting product benefits to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The Business Development Representative will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategies that expand market presence. The role requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets while representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience engaging prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Relevant experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
