Job Description
We’re hiring a Business Development Executive with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You’ll drive outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and arrange meetings for our clients.

- Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and via calls
- Personalize outreach and follow-up messages
- Qualify leads through short conversations
- Set up meetings for clients with target accounts
- Track outreach in CRM and share feedback
- 1–3 years of B2B outreach, lead gen, or inside sales experience
- Strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn and CRM tools
- Comfortable with targets and metrics
- Prior experience in IT/marketing services is an advantage
- Salary + performance-based incentives
- Work with global client accounts
- Training and growth support
- Office-based in Kochi
