This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Chris Merchant Private Limited, located in Chennai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also contribute to strategic planning and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and providing insights
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or medical supplies industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
