Are you a Chartered Accountant who loves getting into the weeds of why costs move, not just reporting that they did? We're looking for someone to partner with Procurement, NPD, Production, Supply Chain and Ops to drive cost visibility, planning, and inventory governance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Track and analyze COGS across raw materials, packaging, production, and wastage
  • Review BOM/recipe changes and quantify their financial impact; recommend optimization opportunities
  • Monitor procurement pricing, PPV, commodity inflation, and vendor cost movements
  • Build dashboards for cost movements, savings, yield improvements, and operational KPIs
  • Highlight risks, variances, and actionable insights to leadership
  • Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial projections
  • Prepare COGS forecasts based on commodity trends, menu mix, and production assumptions
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
  • Run scenario and sensitivity modelling for pricing, commodity inflation, margin improvement, new product launches, sourcing decisions, and capacity expansion
  • Evaluate business cases and investment proposals with profitability and payback analysis
  • Design and strengthen inventory controls, SOPs, and governance across warehouses and production units
  • Analyze inventory losses, stock variances, ageing, and shrinkage; support stock audits
  • Automate MIS and improve reporting visibility using Excel/SQL/BI tools


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 1-2 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Costing, Manufacturing Finance, or Operations Finance


PREFERRED SKILLS


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, BOM, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
