Role Overview : We’re looking for someone who wants to run the business, not just manage it.
This role will own the performance of a premium fitness network across revenue, profitability, operations, service quality, and member experience. You will be the single-threaded owner for how the network performs day to day and how it grows over time. If you are equally comfortable reading a P&L, coaching club managers, fixing execution gaps, improving member retention, and raising the bar on experience this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
- Full P&L ownership for a premium gym network
- Revenue growth across memberships, renewals, personal training, and other income streams
- Cost discipline across manpower, procurement, maintenance, and club-level operating expenses
- Operational consistency and execution quality across all locations
- End-to-end member experience, retention, service recovery, and premium brand delivery
- Performance management of club managers and network teams
- Building systems, dashboards, reviews, and accountability rhythms that scale.
What You’ll Do
- Run the business performance of the entire network like an owner
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across sales, retention, utilization, staffing, service quality, and profitability
- Identify where money is being made, where it is leaking, and fix it fast
- Lead club managers closely and ensure every location meets commercial and operating targets
- Improve member retention and experience by tightening execution across onboarding, training delivery, complaint handling, cleanliness, and service standards
- Build strong operating cadences including reviews, audits, SOPs, and action follow-through
- Partner with founders and central teams to solve problems, improve unit economics, and scale what works
- Step into the details when needed, but always keep the bigger business picture in view.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, P&L management, category leadership, or multi-unit operations
- Background in distribution sales, hospitality, retail, wellness, consumer services, or other high-touch operating businesses preferred
- Proven track record of driving growth, improving profitability, and managing teams
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
