Job Description
We are building a next-generation men's wellness and telehealth platform focused on sexual wellness, performance health, weight management, and preventive healthcare across India, GCC, and international markets.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare, telehealth, digital health, wellness, or consumer healthcare.
- Proven track record of scaling patient acquisition and revenue.
- Experience managing tele-calling/call-center sales teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, lead funnels, and healthcare compliance.
- Experience with men's health, wellness, pharmacy, or telemedicine preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the men's wellness business.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead marketing, inside sales, and business development.
- Develop physician, clinic, and pharmacy partnerships.
- Establish operations across India, GCC, and US markets.
Location: Gurgaon / Noida (preferred)
Compensation: Competitive fixed pay + performance incentives + long-term wealth creation opportunity.
Preference to candidates from Practo, Tata 1mg, Apollo 24|7, MediBuddy, PharmEasy, or men's health startups over candidates from large traditional pharmaceutical companies.
