This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Relationship Management Executive (TeleCaller). The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their insurance needs, generating leads through phone calls, assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with them. The role will require daily management of client interactions, resolving inquiries, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively over phone calls and build relationships
• Sales and customer service experience, with a focus on lead generation and client retention
• Basic understanding of insurance products and processes, or willingness to learn quickly
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; additional regional languages will be an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is advantageous
