As we continue to expand across Kerala, we are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive to represent AlphaArc, build institutional partnerships, and promote our educational services.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Institutional Partnerships
  • Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions across Kerala to introduce AlphaArc's programs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, management, placement officers, HODs, teachers, and counsellors.
  • Schedule and coordinate seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and webinars with educational institutions.
  • Develop a strong network of schools and colleges to generate student leads and long-term collaborations.
  • Represent AlphaArc professionally during institutional meetings and promotional events.
Lead Generation
  • Generate high-quality student leads through institutional visits and networking.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Collect feedback and market intelligence to support business growth.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Work closely with the admissions and counselling teams to convert generated leads into admissions.
  • Promote AlphaArc's Germany education programs, German language courses, and career opportunities.
  • Distribute brochures, promotional materials, and conduct presentations about AlphaArc's services.
  • Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
Reporting
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly business development reports.
  • Maintain records of institutions visited, meetings conducted, webinars scheduled, and leads generated.
  • Achieve monthly targets for institutional partnerships, seminars, and qualified student leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Educational Consultancy, or Institutional Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
