Role: BSS Architec

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• **Telecom BSS domain expertise: Strong understanding of BSS architecture, processes, and end-to-end telecom business flows
• CRM and Billing systems: Hands-on experience with customer management, billing, charging, and related BSS platforms
• Architecture and integration: Proven experience in microservices-based architecture and API-led integration across enterprise systems
• Industry standards: Working knowledge of TM Forum standards, including relevant frameworks, APIs, and best practices

Good-to-Have

• Cloud-native architecture: Exposure to scalable, resilient cloud-native solution design and deployment patterns
• Java and Spring Boot: Working knowledge of Java-based application development, including Spring Boot microservice
• Integration frameworks: Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, middleware, APIs, and event-driven integration approaches
• OSS domain understanding: Awareness of OSS processes and how they interface with BSS capabilities
• eTOM framework: Basic understanding of eTOM process framework and its application in telecom business architecture
