Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Center Agent based in Surat. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing customer concerns, providing efficient roadside assistance, coordinating service requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves accurately documenting customer information, managing queries effectively, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver prompt support to clients.

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to handle customer queries empathetically
- Basic proficiency in Computer Literacy and ability to use relevant tools and software
- Strong verbal communication skills in multiple languages is a plus
- High level of patience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required
