Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agent, located in Chandigarh. The Agent will engage with customers to provide assistance, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Key responsibilities include managing customer communication, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Agent will also collaborate across teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall service experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to offer effective solutions and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software, along with basic computer skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages will be considered an asset.
