Role Description The Call Center Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clear information about title search services and related processes. Daily responsibilities include gathering and verifying customer details, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The specialist will work closely with operations and support teams to ensure efficient resolution of questions and a consistent customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring presence at the office during standard working hours and adherence to established call center performance and quality metrics.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including fluent spoken and written English and the ability to explain procedures in a simple, structured way.
  • Candidates should possess experience working in Contact Centers or similar high-volume call environments, with familiarity in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including comfort using CRM tools, call center software, email, and basic office applications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work with attention to detail, and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with a diverse team in a professional setting.
  • Prior experience in real estate, title services, banking, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
